Share of adults with impaired fasting glycemia and diabetes in China 2019, by gender
According to the report on the prevalence of diabetes in China, about 41.84 percent of the male health examination clients were diagnosed with impaired fasting glycemia (IFG) or diabetes, higher than the 32.45 percent for females. The total detection rate for impaired fasting glycemia (IFG) and diabetes among Chinese adults was 37.41 percent.
